Bank Business Development Specialist
Job Description Summary
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for reliable assistance to the Bank's top-management in enhancing international relations, particularly seeking business opportunities with foreign investors; helping in performing various marketing and PR functions of the department as directed, providing a superior level of customer relations and service; and ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures. The position of Business Development Specialist is responsible for attaining established individual, department and Bank goals through active participation in creation and execution of marketing strategy and PR activities. Must be able to sort out due-diligence questionnaires, effectively co-operate with Finance Department in order to collect and represent operational data to related authorities.
Our Requirements
-MBA degree, preferably obtained in the West
-At least 1 year of banking or NBFI experience
-Confident user of MS Office applications
-Fluent in written and verbal English, Azerbaijani and Russian
-Excellent business communication skills, most esp. - written
-Young and dynamic individual with creative thinking
-Presentable appearance

Risk Management Specialist
Job Description Summary
The Risk Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Bank maintains adequate credit, market, and operational risk, thus ensuring the Bank is in full compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Serves as an advisor to Senior Management in the areas of risk, finance, and accounting; makes recommendations to reduce risk exposure in the areas of asset/liability, credit, operational and compliance. Promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. The position of Risk Management Specialist works with the Bank's Deputy Chairman of the Board in attaining established compliance goals as directed by Senior Management.
Our Requirements
-MBA, MSc in Finance, Credit or Accounting
-At least 3 years of banking or NBFI experience
-Confident user of MS Office applications
-Fluent in written and verbal Azerbaijani, Russian and English
-Able to compose and implement risk management procedures for the Bank

Bank Audit Specialist
Job Description Summary
The Audit Specialist is responsible for assisting the Head Auditor as directed; conducts financial, operational and lending audits for the Bank. Examines the accuracy and completeness of records and procedures for internal control to safeguard Bank assets and ensures areas of the Bank are in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and laws. Reports audit findings to the Audit Officer and makes recommendations to mitigate risk. Responsible for performing routine daily tasks and participates in special department projects.

-MBA, MSc in Finance, Credit or Accounting
-Completed "Internal Audit" training course
-At least 3 years of banking or NBFI experience~ Confident user of MS Office applications
-Fluent in written and verbal Azerbaijani. Russian and English will make you an asset
